Mischa N. Doman, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Mischa Doman grew up in Herman just south of L'Anse, MI. He attended L'Anse Public Schools and graduated in 1993. Mischa subsequently attended Northern Michigan University where he majored in Physiology and completed his pre-medicine requirements. After attending NMU, he moved to Davenport , IA to pursue his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic. While at Palmer, Dr. Mischa was involved in various extra curricular activities such as the Outing Club and was elected Treasurer and then Vice President of the Gonstead Technique Club. As a senior he was selected go on a three week humanitarian trip to Nepal with 30 of his classmates. Over 25,000 people, from a few days old to elders in the society, with a variety of health concerns were adjusted during their stay in Nepal . As a senior, Dr. Mischa was one of 3 nominees selected from his graduating class for the prestigious Virgil Strang Philosophy Award. On October 26, 2001 , Dr. Mischa Doman graduated Cum Laude and was on the Palmer President's List. He and Dr. Kemmy were married on March 9, 2002 .
Kemmy L. Taylor, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Kemmy Taylor was born in a small southeastern town in Massachusetts . She attended the University of Massachusetts to study pre-medicine. While pursuing her studies at the University of Mass , she had the opportunity to study abroad for a year at the University of East Anglia , in Norwich , England . After fulfilling her pre-med. requirements, Dr. Kemmy decided to take a more natural route and entered Palmer College of Chiropractic where both she and her sister were accepted. While attending Palmer, Dr. Kemmy was active in the Sports Injury Club and became an intern for a local specialist. Her experience qualified her for a teaching position at the International Conference on Carpel Tunnel Syndrome in Chicago , teaching Doctors from around the world. During her senior year, Dr. Kemmy was selected as a Clinical Teaching Assistant for her Module and was also selected to participate in the humanitarian trip to Nepal along with Dr. Mischa and their classmates. On October 26, 2001 , Dr. Kemmy Taylor graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. She and Dr. Mischa currently reside in Baraga County .

Emily Downes
Office Manager/Chiropractic Assistant
Emily has been a part of Superior Family Chiropractic’s “Chiro-Family” since March of 2005. Having grown up in Virginia Beach, VA and relocating to the Upper Peninsula in June of 2004, Emily has been an integral part of our office ever since. Her primary focus at SFC is team-oriented work along with helping community members become subluxation-free via chiropractic care. She is always willing to help with any questions you may have and enjoys researching various topics for practice members. Should questions arise regarding billing procedures, scheduling or chiropractic in general, feel free to contact Emily. She will efficiently find answers to all your questions. Another valuable asset Emily brings to SFC is that she’s also a Certified eMerge Coaching Services Life Coach.

Jenny Mleko
Chiropractic Assistant
A native of Baraga, Jenny has been an enthusiastic part of our “Chiro-Family” since August of 2007. Jenny enjoys being part of the SFC team due to its well-rounded environment allowing her to continuously learn something new. Her primary focus is ensuring that all practice members enjoy their chiropractic care and that they feel comfortable & welcome in our office. Jenny thrives on getting to know all of the great practice members at SFC. As a certified massage therapist, Jenny enjoys helping others with her expertise & is equipped to travel to people’s homes in Baraga and Houghton County.
